Destination and carrier rules
A letter accepted for one route may not satisfy another country, airline, cruise line, or group-travel policy. Include transit stops when checking requirements.
Court orders still control
A signed letter does not override a parenting order, travel restriction, passport condition, or another person's decision-making rights.
Signatures and supporting records
Confirm who must sign, whether an original is needed, and whether a witness or notary is required. Carry any supporting relationship or authority documents requested for the route.
Safety and disputed travel
Do not use a template to work around missing permission or a safety concern. If consent is disputed or return is uncertain, seek jurisdiction-specific legal help before travel.

Method and privacy
What the generator does and does not do
The generator arranges the answers into a trip-specific permission letter with contact, signature, and witness lines. It does not assess legal authority, verify identities, select a country-specific form, or decide whether notarization is necessary.
The fields are processed in the current browser. OnePage does not save the letter contents. Printing uses the browser's print dialog, where a user can print a paper copy or save a PDF locally.
