What this policy covers

This policy applies to OnePage guides, legal and jurisdiction pages, free tools, product comparisons, and blog posts. Product pages describe OnePage itself and are maintained separately as features or pricing change.

Research and source selection

For legal and jurisdiction content, we start with primary sources such as legislation, court websites, government guidance, and official forms. We may use reputable legal-aid or professional sources to explain a process in plain language, but we do not use them to override controlling law. Sources are linked on the page whenever they materially support the guidance.

Comparisons use publicly available product pages, pricing pages, help centres, and app-store information. Calculator results disclose their assumptions and are planning estimates, not legal determinations.

Review and publication workflow

1. Define the reader's question and the jurisdiction or product scope.
2. Research the relevant primary and supporting sources.
3. Draft in plain language and check names, dates, links, forms, and calculations.
4. Review the page for accuracy, usefulness, duplication, and unsupported claims.
5. Publish with source and review information appropriate to that content type.

Dates on our pages

• Published is the date the page first went live when that record is available.
• Updated marks a meaningful change to the page, not a cosmetic edit.
• Legal sources reviewed is the latest date we checked the cited legal sources and core claims.
• Pricing verified is the date we last checked a comparison's public pricing and feature sources.

Use of AI-assisted tools

Our team may use AI-assisted tools for research organisation, drafting, editing, and quality checks. A person remains responsible for the page: sources and material claims must be checked, generated phrasing must be edited for clarity and tone, and internal model notes or generated-content markers are not published as article text.
