Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Bairat Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Bairat Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the OnePage mobile app and tryonepage.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, downloading the app, or using tryonepage.com, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an OnePage account. OnePage is designed for parents and guardians coordinating care for their children; it is not directed at children, and children do not have their own accounts or logins. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Description of the Service

OnePage is a co-parenting coordination platform that provides a shared custody calendar, messaging with an optional AI tone check, shared expense tracking, a children's information library, media sharing, decision proposals, and optional AI-assisted features (a family assistant, weekly summaries, and legal-document extraction). Some features require an active OnePage Plus subscription, described in Section 5.

3. Accounts and family groups

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. A OnePage "family" connects two (or, for Plus subscribers, more) parent accounts so they can see a shared record. When you invite a co-parent, or accept an invitation, you understand that the data you and your co-parent enter, schedule, messages, expenses, info-library entries, and shared media, becomes part of that shared family record and is visible to every member of the family group. Notify us promptly at hello@tryonepage.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Tamper-evident records

A core feature of OnePage is that confirmed messages and expenses cannot be silently edited or deleted after the fact; edits create a new, linked version, and every version is cryptographically hashed so tampering is detectable. By using OnePage, you agree not to attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or defeat this integrity mechanism, and you understand that entries you confirm become a permanent part of the shared family record, reviewable by your co-parent and, where relevant, in a legal proceeding.

5. Subscriptions and billing

The core custody calendar, messaging, and basic expense log are free for both parents, always. OnePage Plus is an optional paid subscription that unlocks the AI tone check, expense splitting and PDF export, the AI family assistant, weekly summaries, legal-document extraction, and support for more than one child or more than two parent accounts. Current pricing is shown on our Pricing page and in the app; as of this writing, OnePage Plus is billed at $11.99/month or $99.99/year, with a discounted first month for new subscribers where offered.

• Billing and renewal. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribed, and automatically renew at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID account settings or Google Play subscriptions, cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies; Bairat Labs does not process payments or refunds directly and has no visibility into your payment card details.
• Family-wide unlock. One parent's active Plus subscription unlocks Plus features for every member of that family group, no separate subscription is required per parent.
• Price changes. We may change subscription pricing going forward; any change will not apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for, and we will give notice before a renewal at a new price where required by app store policy or law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use OnePage to:

• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse your co-parent or any other person;
• Enter false or knowingly inaccurate information into the custody schedule, expense log, or children's info library with intent to mislead your co-parent or a court;
• Upload content you don't have the right to share, including another person's private information without their consent;
• Attempt to access another family's data, or any account that isn't yours;
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law, including any custody order, protective order, or court directive;
• Use the AI features to generate content intended to harass, deceive, or manipulate your co-parent, or to misrepresent AI output as your own original writing in a legal proceeding without disclosing its AI-assisted origin;
• Interfere with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service outside of normal, individual use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, particularly where doing so is necessary to protect the safety of a user, including a child whose information is stored in the app.

8. Your content and our license to it

You retain ownership of the content you submit to OnePage (messages, photos, documents, and similar). By submitting content, you grant Bairat Labs a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the Service, including sharing it with the other members of your family group as designed and, where you invoke an AI feature, transmitting it to our AI infrastructure provider as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use it to train AI models.

9. Intellectual property

The OnePage name, logo, app, and website, excluding your own content, are owned by Bairat Labs, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Apple, Google, Amazon Web Services/Anthropic, RevenueCat, and Zoho ZeptoMail, described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the App Store or Google Play to download or purchase OnePage is also governed by that store's own terms of service, which apply independently of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using OnePage and delete your account at any time from within the app; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data on deletion, including the shared-family exception. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or if we reasonably believe termination is necessary to protect the safety of any user. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 7, 9, 13, and 14) will survive.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE. WE ARE NOT A LAW FIRM, MEDIATOR, OR MEDICAL PROVIDER, AND NOTHING IN THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR MEDICAL ADVICE.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAIRAT LABS, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, CUSTODY OUTCOME, OR RELATIONSHIP HARM, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bairat Labs, LLC from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or content you submit that violates the rights of a third party.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection law in your own jurisdiction requires otherwise, in which case that local law governs to the extent it applies. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction of residence requires a different forum.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves. If we make a material change, we will notify you within the app and update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
